Pros

Loved working here as the company promotes work-life balance and had great co-workers. Sometimes very stressful, and there were alot of changes all the time. But overall it was a good experience.

Cons

The detailed training program was missing.

Pros

They have great benefits, the pay is nice, the opportunities are available, they offer great managerial support

Cons

The training is all over the place, they train you for a week then put you on the phones, then train you for another week then put you on the live calls. Then you get trained for one more week and then you get on the live calls again. They try train you on based on one type of learning process but not everyone learning things the same way. Then they rush you and if you don't get it then it's too bad for you.

Pros

Flexible Work-life balance Groundbreaking work opportunities Positive impact on community Mind-blowing benefits Abundant training & professional development

Cons

Despite all these fantastic perks, not everything is rosy when working for a large firm. This is the other side of the coin when we discuss ‘well-defined processes. Getting anything done in a large organization can take more time as you might need three or four people to sign off on a decision before it’s approved.

bad company

Pros

Opportunities for career growth if you network well.

Cons

Work-life balance is almost non-existent; expect long hours and weekend shifts. Management often appears disconnected from the realities faced by employees on the ground. High staff turnover leads to frequent understaffing and increased workload for remaining employees. Lack of proper training and support for new hires. Communication within departments is poor, leading to confusion and mistakes. Limited opportunities for advancement without favoritism.

Pros

They're constantly training because they don't keep track of who's trained on what. You'll be assigned work that you'll train for as you go.

Cons

Department is a revolving door and it's absolute chaos because of it. Management included
