The patient flow can be hard sometimes because you may see a lot of patients in a short amount of time. Working with some supervisors can be hard as well but just communicating is the key.

Minimal formal training. Thrown in and fly by the seat of your pants but everyone is there to help.

In person hands-on trainings could prove useful. A lot of time-consuming computerized training modules with lengthy test at the end. Reminds me of college courses. Time could be more efficiently used to serve patients and clients.

The computers do not work correctly because we are on the Guest network, training is non-existent. When I ask how to do something that is part of my current duties I am told to "figure it out" and then find out it is wrong. Layers upon layers of bureaucracy to wade through. No one returns emails or even helps when I ask for it. Usually I am sent to a link for a computer system I do not have training on.

Salaries could be a little higher. Annual bonus for productivity goals would be nice.

Underpaid, unorganized, provide false information, lie to the corporate companies who hire them- for an example the people doing half of the work are not real health care workers- no appropriate training to properly work in health care while maintaining a safe and effective environment. Lie to their employees and/or are misleading. Never give pay increases.
