Cons

No HR training on policies and procedures. Ie attendance and call out policy. Not training on how PTO is accrued. no training on how to sign up for benefits.

One of the best overall benefit packages I’ve encountered. Personal use of company vehicle 401K company contribution (no waiting period) Comprehensive health & wellness at a reasonable cost.

Cons

Cascade training on job responsibilities produces a slow learning curve. Would prefer weekly pay instead of biweekly.
