Management is horrible they need training

Wish I had better training

Indy management has bully mentality. Bully employees until they leave so that company can't pay unemployment. I have witnesses seeing me being harrassed, threatened and discriminated against by bad employees and management did NOTHING! Left for better position with competition!

lack of tools to support the operations (IT, Software) which makes labor for the teams finding work around. No staff bandwidth requesting lot of flexibility and frustration. lack of salary treatment/recognition on some site comparing to the environment. Lack of presential Leadership Development training for management creating enterprise culture, networking, alignment. Limited budget for strategic meeting and training trips. Too much virtual meeting and training decreasing harmonization and efficiency.

Lots of middle management that like to micromanage during training causing unnecessary stress.

I passed my 1 year anniversary at Labcorp 3 months ago, and I am therefore entitled to a promotion (from Techno Trainee to Molecular Technologist) and a pay raise. I have not received either. It has been 3 months. My supervisor submitted the promotion, my manager approved the promotion, and now it's been sitting in the inbox of some upper management person for 3 months with no update. I am no longer in training and have in fact been training others, but my job title and pay do not reflect this. Several of my fellow coworkers are in the same situation, and we are all extremely frustrated.
