Pros

Great training if trained by a knowledgeable person, raises, bonuses, promotions within the company, occasional lab celebrations, peer recognition

Cons

Awful if trained by a condescending peer, lay offs, training is all over the place, constant revolving door, old building and equipment, incompetent manager(s)

Pros

Relative flexible working hours except for new hires.

Cons

Generals for new hires: 1. New hires are required punch in and punch out on the clock. 2. Shrunken training session with too many and unorganized materials given to new hires.

Pros

The onboarding process was explained very well. The pay is fair and appropriate, the training was great and prepared me for the job. I never felt like I didn't have support when I needed it. The hours are fantastic and my coworkers are a great team.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to schedule appointments for yourself depending on your schedule, but communication with your supervisor is open and easy. They do try to accommodate your personal needs as much as they can.

Pros

I felt very welcomed returning back to LabCorp. The job description was pretty accurate in what my duties were.

Cons

There could have been a little more training but with the movement of employees to new positions it made it a little hard.

Pros

Opportunity to learn, to be developed, to acquire new skills. Career growth in several and different ways. Lot of opportunities. Lot of challenges and change with opportunities for improvement.

Cons

lack of tools to support the operations (IT, Software) which makes labor for the teams finding work around. No staff bandwidth requesting lot of flexibility and frustration. lack of salary treatment/recognition on some site comparing to the environment. Lack of presential Leadership Development training for management creating enterprise culture, networking, alignment. Limited budget for strategic meeting and training trips. Too much virtual meeting and training decreasing harmonization and efficiency.

Pros

Immediate 401K and/or Roth IRA contributions up to 5% of base salary. No waiting for the match to show up, it appears about a week or two after the initial deposit into the retirement account. Additionally, for professionals the "Flexible Time Off" policy allows for time off so long as it doesn't interfere with client work.

Cons

Low raises, minimal chance for advancement. No longer growing aggressively so not great chances for promotion. Training is irregular and disorganized. Despite being an established company, many issues don't have a clear work pathway forward for resolving.
