Pros

I love working for LabCorp. The schedule is extremely family friendly, and, in my experience, management respects every employee. The systems are easy to use, and you don't have to second guess yourself because TOUCH tells you what you need to do. The benefits are great.

Cons

The only downside that I have experienced is that my starting pay is a little bit lower than my last job, and I'm starting to feel that change with personal finances. Also, more training with cash register and taking payments would be nice.

The team leads are very resourceful and patient while you're training or if you have any questions.

Cons

You're stuck doing someone else's job if there's a shortage of people in one department.

ethnic diversity, opportunities for different roles, friendly culture across the campus, can create a nice career if motivated, great benefits

Cons

pay below competitive (intentionally), little training for management, nepotism, some detachment from reality
