The pay is complete garbage for the amount of time you spend there. All they care about is work getting done and they’re new hires who will quit in 6-9 months anyway. There is not much room for progression unless you sleep with , flirt with, or be a brown noser. Supervisors and upper management do not care about you at all. This particular location has someone who is racist on multiple occasions and they keep promoting them. Their training department is garbage as they are training on the fly and have no idea what they are talking about.

After a month of training, they let over 40 employees go without any notice. I understand employers have every right to do so but it's still very unprofessional.

Very difficult job to learn

Poor training and unfriendly management.

- Low salary - Often have to pull overtime to get studies ready - Poor training, essential duties expected to picked up by osmosis - Micromanagement by supervisors, who get hostile to people who genuinely want to improve the workplace

Management has zero personal skills, zero work life balance, unlimited mandatory overtime, minimal on the job training, no company policies discussed or accessible to employees.

Less Salary hike comparing it to the work given.

Supervisors don’t give support when needed. Training not adequate. Supervisors anxious to get you working so they don’t let you train enough. Supervisor is not conscientious about their work… it trickles down. Communication is practically non existent They hire people at a higher wage than people who have been there for years!
