Too busy at times and micro managed

Constantly pushed to overwork yourself, very little pay considering what you’re doing/the times they want you to work at, absolutely thankless work, not an ounce of appreciation for what you do from management. There is very little training given for what is very difficult and important work and they will punish you for not doing things you aren’t trained on correctly. There is zero communication from the higher ups to management to the accessioners. Management will actively lie to you to get you to stay, the turnover is incredibly high and they are desperate for people to stay but will not find out why they leave or try to fix those reasons. The benefits are embarrassing and you are actively punished for doing well at your job, there is no bonus or benefit to performing well. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! If you have to work here do not do it longer than 6 months, leave and work somewhere better.

short breaks, toxic work environment, supervisors and management that yell at you, non-existent HR to protect workers, excessive workload, lack of training. Mandatory overtime., you are obligated to work a 5 day week followed by a mandatory 6 day week.

The workers are lazy The pay is terrible compared to other places in the area No training No teachable moments as you’re always met with some bull The staff is the laziest bunch of people I’ve met If you talk badly about the company they blacklist you They took away our benefits and our bonuses that we were supposed to get from the state It’s really manic
