Maybe a more structured training focused on business work and training the older employees on how important cooperation in a new employee train is.

Sudden job description changes, job burnout, taking upon the work volume of other labs that need help or completely shut down in addition to having the responsibility of having to complete our locations volume. No work-life balance depending on shift and role "assigned" within department.
