That you can work remotely. That's it.

Cons

Low pay, super disorganized training, management doesn't know what they're doing. They just move people around on a whim and change your hours while expecting you to just suck it up. The most unprofessional place I've ever worked for.

There's a team atmosphere all the way around. They don't make you feel "dumb" for asking questions and EVERYONE is willing to help.

Cons

So far there really hasn't been anything to fit here. I could put that I was only given 3 days of on-site training but that is NOT the norm and was only done out of extreme necessity. Even then someone would have been here if I needed. Thankfully, I didn't need it, which is why they only gave me 3 days of training.

Labcorp has always been a thriving company with great benefits and profit sharing. They give employees an opportunity to grow within the company. I've had the pleasure to have worked in multiple areas. Have meet so many wonderful employees, supervisors, managers, and directors.

Cons

The only issues that I've been really fighting for is to have a better field training for our new employees. As many of them are just thrown out in the field and expect to be knowledgeable right away. I feel that many new employees get frustrated because if this situation. I believe that it frustrates the PSC employees to have to train new ones while obligated to fulfil their duties.

Pros

Working indoors is great, and the site I work at is very clean and everything I need to do my work is accessible. Everyone wants to help each other. Training courses are very good for most instruments.

Cons

The only current con is that I'm not on the shift I applied for. This isn't a huge deal though because once we go live I will get my regular shift. Its hard to factor in workload right now because we are not live in oak creek.
