Lack of training, low ball pay and non regionalized travel

Extremely Poor Pay Lack of recognition for work done NO cost-of-living adjustments. NO equal pay for the same job done. Poor Management Lack of Training NO Accountability

Training throughout the company is minimal-so you have to be a fast learner. They reward long time employees even if they don’t contribute. They took away our merit based pay raises. Now everyone either gets 3% or doesn’t. there’s nothing to motivate the hard workers.

Not enough training process, in the interview mentioned 5 to 6 weeks of trainning and I only received little more than 1 week.

Too many studies High days on-site Lower salary

Cheap company. Raises are puny at best and don't even cover the cost of living increases. Horrible management. Terrible training. One has to ask to use the bathroom and we had a sign out sheet. Also, the monitoring system used to make sure you are working will count the clicks as well as ANY downtime from typing, like when on a call with a client. Old type of mentality- think GOP at its worst. Zero upward mobility.

Growth is incredibly hard, must wait years before advancing positions

1. Not enough Pay 2. Labs are not accountable for specimens lost 3. Not enough Training on processes 4. Lack of Communication from Managers / Supervisors 5. Touch Needs improving when orders are put in to add the proper tubes to be process as there are many times it doesn't allow enough tubes for testing and will result in Proc Errors. 6. Allow to many to handle the specimens which allows for more Errors. 7. Proper review into results is not being done properly. 8. Taking to much time on Results 9. No Accountability On the Lab Processing or Lab personnel
