New vehicles, good income, you can use the vehicle for personal use. No complaints by management to reduce hours. They allow you whatever time it takes (within reason) to get the job done right.

Cons

It takes a month from the offer of employment to the first day on the job. Training is done on the fly so training time is extended. Creates pressure to absorb everything fast.

1- Less pressure. 2- Support environment. 3-Respect is equally given to you all emp. 4- Training is available if any doubt is there. 5.BEST THING WFH IS THERE.

1. Packages are less. 2.Holidays are very less 3.No foreign trips are there like other IT companies do for their emp. 4.Hike should be more to that emp whom packages are less then 8 LPA.
