- pay is not ideal, almost made up for by the experience you can gain but there is lots of responsibility if you want to acquire this experience, and the pay is unsatisfactory for the amount of work and responsibility - there is lots of opportunities to learn new things, although you have to really push for this and a lot of the time you're waiting to undertake training promised as management are too busy(there should be a specific trainer) - I feel the company should offer more opportunities for young adults as they mostly hire graduates- for example "exchange opportunities" between departments, sites and countries

Training was a bit of a blur. The need to get someone into the role as soon as possible made for a bit of a rushed experience.

Management needs training and keep good people

Training on company applications could be more extensive.

Some-many departments are short staffed, resulting in more blended roles.

The fact that Costa Rica office does not have a HR department in the country gave me some trouble understanding general information related with payroll, vacations, others.

1. Sometimes better communication between different Business Units is needed. 2. Should include more interactive ways in training.

Juggling 5-6 multiple projects can be difficult
