Pros

Only work 40hrs a week.

Cons

Supervisors do not care about you at all. You will be trained one way and then told that your training is completely wrong. Management cares more about their clientele than employees.

Pros

Fairly consistent daily schedule, quick room for career growth within the company, and hands on training.

Cons

It was a difficult process to document my mental disability with the company and had to file an unnecessary medical leave in order to do so. No matter how hard you work their policies are there policies.

Pros

Regional training in Southeast was amazing! Corporate Team was totally supportive and exceeded all my expectations!!

Cons

Many reports are thrown at you with no direction of how to interpret or how to use in your territory planning ! Emails coming from many departments with situations that are unique and require specialized attention for which you have little or no training or preparation !

Pros

Lack of strategy for long term affects non management roles in the short term Bonuses if you are G13 or above pay grades do not align with buckets of money available for each business so that can be good or bad Remote work possible Continuing education used to be possible.

Cons

Instability reigns between Diagnostics and Drug Development. No merit pay starting 2022 Bonuses paid to those G13 and above Lack of cohesiveness and team work between varying lines of business Management training needs to focus on day to day management, not just taking a crash course on LearningPath Too focused on "popular" causes and differences between people instead of focusing on our common goals and similarities
