Monitored for every minute on the clock, pay could be much better

CONSTANT overtime, high workload, few employees can actually do their jobs, meaning those employees are relied on heavily while others just goof off. High stress, very tense atmosphere. Unfair pay, NOT performance based like they advertise. Weird rules on when you can be promoted, not clearly communicated to employees. You will be told you are on track for a promotion and then suddenly you are not anymore because you are missing one requirement. Training plans are a mess and are constantly changing.

No comments about it, my experience has being great.

Severe lack of training. No dedicated training personnel.

- Managers play politics - If a manager doesn't think you're ready, you won't progress - Heavy workload especially during pandemic - Working every third weekend, even including some holidays

Have to demand training as a new hire, very difficult to find co workers who are willing to help you find your way.

Very bad training system, no or small support from CLS. Project trainings should be done with real people, not through reading protocol. CTLs do not knows protocols of their projects. You do not receive any helpful advices or documents which should be fulfilled during COV or SIV. Quality on sites is very low. CRAs do not have time to check ISF during visits.

Regional training is excellent. Training on the local level could be improved.
