Pros

- The pay was appealing for a part-time job. - Working there as a low-income student was appealing for cheap shopping.

Cons

- Agreed to 8 hours a week, but contracted 10 and scheduled 18. - Was not provided with a copy of my contract - Branch manager expected me to spontaneously leave university commitments for overtime (knowing I was a student from the interview) - Branch manager would call my next of kin saying there was an emergency, just to get me to do overtime. - Branch manager did not acknowledge my notice period when handed in. - Branch manager shouted at and made fun of me in front of customers when I turned down overtime.
