Pros

10% discount 30/35 days holiday depending on time served in company Above minimum wage pay. Used to be an amazing company but now they're more bothered about money than creating a decent work place for staff and customers.

Cons

Toxic management in most stores. Clear favouritism. Has the ability to offer staff a variety of jobs and yet most stores stick people on the same jobs day in, day out. You aren't allowed a life outside of work, they go on about work/life balance but hate it when you actually try to have one. Change rotas at the drop of a hat without asking you first then get mad if you can't/won't do it.

Pros

Money is the only thing that keep people there.

Cons

Extremely stressful, you are evaluated on how fast you work, any other skills are disregarded. You expected to work like a robot, youd need to be an octopus with several hands to do everything is expected from you, a 3 people job is expected 1 person to do, also its expected from managers and staff to clock out and keep working when they 'run out of hours', which is a completely illegal practice. Managers lead by fear, treat staff and others including customers completely disrespectful, I have witnessed things being throwing on the ground from the shelves in rage, roaring and shouting kinda treatment from management, it's that level. Managers dont take breaks, the senior management and directors turn a blind eye to it all. It's shocking a company this big and recognised allows this to happen. There is no culture or sense of community, everyone is for themselves and they are out there to get you, its a horrible environment, they are bullies, I have never seen anything like that in my life. Stay away from it.
