Pros

Pay, company car, great benefits, inclusion. That’s all I can say. Look elsewhere if you have a family or want to have a life outside of the workplace.

Cons

Zero work life balance, no upper management guidance, favoritism, cut throat peers etc. This job is only good for future advancement elsewhere.

Pros

Pros they're going to over work you guaranteed.

Cons

They dont train you properly they have someone who has only been there for a month to train you and after 2 or 3 days they throw you on the register by yourself without proper trying the managers are very unprofessional, talk bad about the employees, dont follow your availability after you tell them the days you can't work, the turnover rate is terrible because how hard they work people on the average for a shift at night running the market would be 6 people.
