They tried, but not really

Pros

Not gonna lie, this is the easiest job I’ve ever had.

Cons

They already got rid of everyone who cares, the regions has seen better days. The DMs are the stupidest people I’ve ever met (well the ones they brought over). They have no concept of grocery store operations. They just get some randoms from Europe who kiss the right butts to come to the US and make a further mess of things.

Pros

the pay is decent but say goodbye to your mental wellbeing

Cons

constant micromanagement from managers who don't seem to care much for their staff. They seem more interested in keeping their corporate overlords happy than staff welfare. have been told by customers on several occasions that they were extremely unhappy with the attitude and service from certain managers. you'll be made to feel like an idiot for making tiny mistakes as well as being told constantly you're not good enough or should be working quicker. creating an environment of constant stress for staff.

Pros

The hourly wage is higher than most retail shops

Cons

Higher hourly wage reflects the harder you’d have to work take on 2 people jobs, Sometimes have to stay as late as 2am to finish jobs due to constant lack of staff and management not wanting to spend their budget on additional people, Some management just sit on their rear without lifting a finger and expect everyone else to the manual labour then later reap the rewards.
