Pros

Nice hourly wage($13), a great team that is supportive, you get to do your groceries where you work, close to where I live, and plenty of time off, you will stay busy.

Cons

They look like they would pay you well but they don't. When I started they paid me well but when the store opened they cut my hour dramatically to two days of the week. They also will wait until the last minute to put of schedules and so it makes it hard to plan your life. They don't care about your health. Most of the times I will be assigned a task like lifting heavy objects all by myself without help. They take advantage of your hours. Even if you didn't sign up for overtime, you will be tricked into working overtime. They also don't give you discounts to start.

Pros

Pay is okay Some shifts are good Great discount

Cons

Management doesn’t care about work life balance. Will cut hours to make productivity targets but then double your hours without warning when staff leave or decide they’ve had enough Slow to approve holidays

Worse place ever worked for

Pros

Not really anything good to say. Maybe just some good colleagues but easily can be your enemy if the manager wants too. They turn people against eachother.

Cons

Abuse of power, management worse ever, long hours,no right to break when you need it only when they decide, manager takes personal issues over you, you have no right to defend yourself even if you are not guilty, no right to speak. They pay well but they overwork you for that money. Never have a good day because they will make you regret every smile.
