Pros

Pay well, good benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Area managers are often straight out of college or graduate programme and have poor leadership and people skills - this can be frustrating to experienced store managers who wish to progress but are being overlooked.

Pros

Project based work, definitely good opportunity to bolster your skill set and resume (will most likely need to leave in order to advance though for non German speaking employees)

Cons

Struggling integrating into the U.S Market (takes European approach to most initiatives, lacks diversity of thought at Executive/Director level).
