Easy job and sometimes you can find lovely friends at work

Cons

strict management, no respect from customers and store manager, hectic work balance, they will ignore your requests, if you have some issues, they will not be supportive.

Good pay but works out at minimum pay when you divide between the hours you work.

Cons

Senior managers have not got a clue how tough it is in store and don’t care. Staff are treated like animals and head office think it’s ok because the pay is ok. No idea about making work fun. Everything made to look good when managing director comes round but then goes back to normal.
