Pros

A lot of team work involved, never get bored as you are kept busy, there's always something that needs doing

Cons

Shifts can change at short notice, you need to be flexible as there's not shift pattern

New to US market, and still learning how to operate here. Upper management is stuck in their European ways, which does not apply in the US market.
