Come for the promises, stay for the money.

Pros

The only pro is the money you get paid. Well above nation average, as a customer assistant you can progress to nearly £10 an hour.

Cons

Poor Work-life balance Poor attitudes, staff and management alike Constantly changing rotas Stupidly tough targets. Management focus purely on mistakes and not what you've done well. Very poor training plan:you will spend two weeks basic training then be stuck on a till for months unless you kick up a fuss.
