Toxic culture

Pros

Some departments will give employees a large amount of responsibility, which can be a good learning experience for those who don't have much corporate expierience

Cons

The culture is really bad- I really don't know how else to put it. Managers and VPs seems to almost enjoy embarrassing and degrading employees in front of their colleagues. Inter-departmental communication is virtually non-exist ant, which inevitably manifests itself in terrible ways at the most inopportune times. Work-life balance is terrible. I mean really, really terrible. You will be expected to work 10+ hours each day on a salary that is not competitive for the area in which the headquarters is located in, and you will not be thanked for it.
