      Means well, but short-sighted

      Pros

      Strong benefits, trans care, RSUs, inspiring CEO. Nice offices, free lunch. Less evil than comparable corporations.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs/restructuring, does not try to place layoffs in internal positions. Would save money and preserve talent and deep product knowledge, but they do the lazy thing. Pay is below average.
