Support and transparency are minimal, and employees often feel misled or unsupported throughout the hiring and onboarding process. HR does not have employees’ backs. Instead of addressing issues or holding poor leadership accountable, they tend to side with management, allowing toxic behaviour and mistreatment to continue unchecked.
