      Very nice benefits, flexible work hours and schedule. DEI is at the core of the company and actually makes you feel welcome no matter who you are. Overall great company to work for.

      Lots of flexibility PTO , Hybrid, working from another country up to 60 days Interesting problems to solve Lots of opportunities to grow if you are willing to put the effort.

      Cons

      Recently a lot of employee churn in Auckland office. Key engineer with more than 10 years tenure left so there are a few knowledge gaps.
