      Extremely fast company growth

      Pros

      - Leading company in Montreal, with insane growth. - Great office with free food, coffee, etc. - Company events are over the top and awesome. Catered food towards end of month for sales type departments. - You get what you need in terms of hardware, software, etc.

      Cons

      - Most/all departments work past 6-6:30pm+. Chief Revenue Officer praises those that stay late. If you leave early, you will be judged and probably criticized. Sales often works weekends when behind target. - Very high turnover. People often get fired within 2-4 weeks. Employees burnout or leave. - Stressful when things are not going as planned. - Don't get on the bad side of management. You will be let go quickly.

      Good people to work with Nice perks A company culture that is still here (for now, not for too long)

      Cons

      The business model is very fragile Company have hard time to retain great talents => Huge turnover Burn out employees, who cares right? Limited work/life balance If you leave before 6PM, you can feel the passive-aggressiveness towards you Very few opportunities for career development (and no learning) Company wants to grow too fast and is trying to save money by overworking employees Sales managers are usually friends of the (moody) boss Sad part, lie to customers on the product capabilities just to boost sales volume (to make happy investors) More...
