Pros

Amazing company, outstanding colleagues and overall great environment! The company really makes you feel like you have a purpose here and the managers really make everyone feel like they are part of a team in some shape or form. Employees are given honest and constructive criticism and encouraged to grow in their role and the within the company

Cons

The company is growing at such a fast pace.....I can't remember everyone's name! It's extremely fast-paced at times so can be stressful - however the days fly by and it pays off in the end!

Great lead developers. They're very helpful in helping new devs learn the code and understanding the process.

Cons

Occasional development slowdowns. Process isn't fine tuned yet, but its getting better
