Pros

-fully remote (for some this can be a con but for me it's a pro) -flexibility -unlimited PTO

Cons

-constant changes/turnover in middle management; it feels like these are always the first people to get let go if layoffs happen -constant turnover has created an overall feeling of instability and also added strain on the remaining team members; plans to fix this never feel like they're taken on with any sense of urgency -comp is incredibly low based on similar roles and tenure based on conversations I've had with colleagues that have moved on to similar roles elsewhere as well as my own research. The compensation does not match the requirements of the role

Pros

Some good co-workers Yearly bonus (but this is basically backpay for unpaid overtime in this salaried position)

Cons

They tout their unlimited PTO. But taking a week off equates to a month of catch up because your back up is too busy to do your work on top of their own. Corporate strategy is Quantity over Quality. Overload the PM with an insane workload thar incentivizes low quality work to push customers live so you can move on to the next one. Nonexistent onboarding process so it is sink or swim. Inefficient implementation process that is unfair to both customers and internal resources. Ownership of customers for a longer period of time AFTER implementation than actively working on their implementation Tech company that still relies on tedious manual data validation process for hundreds of thousands lines of data.
