Issued top-of-the-line Macbook Pros. Interesting problems to deal with. Some pretty great colleagues. Good corporate values on paper.
Cons
My team lead was arrogant, belittling, rude, and all the bad qualities of the "rockstar programmer". Interactions with management to mediate were fruitless. I found out after I quit that three others had left LightSpeed explicitly because of his behaviour. I was in a small office so there wasn't the opportunity to change teams.
