Pros

Benefits but they’re slowly taking them away

Cons

Culture used to be great but with all the layoffs, it’s gone down a lot. Everyone is either doing the bare minimum or trying extra hard to not be part of the next round of layoffs. No one is getting raises and your performance evaluation has nothing to do with your work, managers are told to give a limited amount of 4s or 5s to slow down promotions so no matter how hard you work, you can still be at the same position for 3 years if you’re not leadership’s favorite pet.

Pros

Free food, great people, great culture (partially), solid market position on the hiring products side.

Cons

very few growth opportunities from IC roles to people manager roles, decreasing comp plan over the last 3 years, very poor strategy on linkedin learning side
