Pros

Benefits only, nothing else other than extraordinary benefits

Cons

Leadership such as tc has been getting to political with the wars overseas and has built a divide among two different religions within linkedin. That animosity is not needed and he needs to post his political beliefs on a different platform rather than Linkedin where he is representing the company as an exectutive. Horrible work life balance, litterally horrible. No new and exciting features. Terrible product leadership. They just do trial and error and no idea what they are doing and they get frustrated when it doesnt work. And then layoff.

Pros

Food, Cab, Annual Sales Kick-Off in Vegas (Last I heard, its discontinued), Hybrid Work, Flexi Hours It's best to join recruitment business arm of LinkedIn, avoid Sales Solutions business. Marketing solutions is also doing good, however a bit impacted due to reduced marketing spends by organizations for the moment.

Cons

Dying culture, Low Salaries, Low annual appraisals, No professional growth / Promotions. Difference in how different leaders drive culture within the company. Recruitment business is the largest of all with still good hold on the LinkedIn culture & high visibility. LinkedIn still probably talks & invests more in this business segment than in any other. Sales Solutions is the smallest and is quite struggling business to be in, also it has no culture. Weak leadership with no stance, visibility, culture or values. Stay away from it. No career growth opportunities, there are people who are in same role for years (5-10 years) without growth in their role. Once used to be a dream organization to be in, now just another company.
