Pros

Summer and winter shutdown 401k program (typical for tech) Nice people/co-workers

Cons

Weak senior leadership - don't seem to know what the platform should be Overwhelmed LOB leaders - consistently hire people not prepared for the job Culture has shifted to become toxic and less supportive - accelerated in 2023

Pros

Benefits are the best I've seen across any industry worldwide

Cons

It used to be amazing. It has now turned into a popularity contest with no regard for the actual work. Underperformers getting promoted, hearts of teams getting laid off. HIGHLY unethical hiring practices going on right now (i.e. entire families hiring each other in and pushing others out to do so). HR is aware and does nothing.

Pros

Pay is decent and local ICs are nice.

Cons

Leadership is constantly doing layoffs and trying to reduce the workforce. This place is dying.
