Pros

RTO is still somewhat flexible, highly depends on the team.

Cons

Incompetent managers who are pretty useless. Basically if you take them out, i'm sure the attainment of the sales org will remain the same. Direction is always changing every single quarter and leadership expects you to push it out to your clients, resulting in a very confusing message overall. Lack of growth opportunities and increments.

Poorly run marketing org, zero leadership

Pros

Excellent salary, benefits/healthcare, discounted stock options.

Cons

The marketing and communications org is the the most poorly run organization I have worked in. Mediocre leadership and a culture where bullying is accepted. The woman running the org has zero interaction with clients and cares more about herself than members or her team. If you are looking to join LinkedIn, be sure to avoid this department. It will drain you and you will not learn or grow.
