Used to have a good culture with a great WLB but has gone downhill the past 3 years.

Cons

Layoffs every 6 months. Push from execs with no idea how to code. Direction changes every 6months to a year.

Good colleagues, decent office, good health care and pension

Cons

Too many to name, its turned into an aggressive sales organisation without the compensation for this type of environment. Mixed messages from management, increasingly difficult targets to hit, just a real shame as was a brilliant place to work, no opportunity for any type of career growth either
