Pros

Some talented colleagues who genuinely care about their work Opportunities to learn if you take initiative

Cons

Leadership lacks clear direction, and decisions often feel reactive rather than strategic Priorities change frequently, making it difficult to plan or feel confident in long‑term goals No meaningful salary increases, even for strong performance Communication from management is inconsistent, which adds to the uncertainty

Pros

Pay Benefits Was remote but no longer

Cons

LinkedIn prioritizes quiet firing in 2026. This means building environments that are intentionally toxic. The idea is to push the employee to quit versus lay them off or fire them. This is a practice that you can expect to see if you join LinkedIn. If it doesn’t happen to you, you will probably need to be involved / take on more work to allow this work properly. What a career that will be!
