Pros

Leadership only cares about pinching pennies and have made it clear time and time again that they have no idea what they're doing. Do not work here unless you want to barely make money and be given a hard time doing it.

Cons

Leadership only cares about pinching pennies and have made it clear time and time again that they have no idea what they're doing.

Pros

Great benefits, especially family & parenting benefits. Discretionary DTO. Free breakfast and lunch at all US offices. Important mission, purposeful work

Cons

Salary + compensation is on the low end compared to other peer companies at the same title and level. The culture isn't the same as it was under the previous CEO. Less compassionate leadership, more focused on satisfying Microsoft and hitting numbers which contributes to regular sweeping biannual layoffs
