Pros

Brand recognition is obvious and market share is huge. Great standards and quality people.

Cons

Almost too big. Unrealistic expectations and almost a victim of their own success. Detachment from reality in terms of the market. No room to progress internally - but if you do well there it will give you good opportunites and experience to leave and do well elsewhere. You will have to work evenings and weekends to be in contention to hit targets. Lack of collaboration. Team mates snaking deals from under you and some reps not sharing best practices or how to success.

Pros

I guess the perks and benefits. Healthcare. dental blah like any other tech company

Cons

Turning into typical toxic big company culture. Individuals are promotion driven and leadership does not communicate decisions that can affect your career.
