Pros

Compensation: initial offer for engineers is great compared to the similar levels in other companies.

Cons

Compensation: Linkedin became more stubborn giving out refreshes. Plan for next move once join if you care about TC. The culture has deteriorated a lot since 2022. WLB became worse and the growth opportunities reduced. Company hasn't figure out ways to break through stagnation.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great People. Leadership has changed a lot and doesnt really understand the business, creating a difficult confusing culture (even though they are still great people).

Cons

There seems to be a lot of misalignment on strategy and expectations/priorities still, a lot of tension and confusion. Also, even less opportunity for growth and promotion than in years past. Work/Life balance is declining significantly.
