It Has All Gone Downhill

Pros

Used to be good with nice work-life balance and perks. Used to have some smart nice people to work with.

Cons

Serious cuts happening. Layoffs after Forced attrition through improvement goals, constructive feedback and performance improvement plans failed. Stacked ranking was started during midyear reviews. Perks are being removed at an alarming rate. Leadership has no idea what to do outside of doing AI which they have no solid plan for.
