Pros

Amazing colleagues, good perks, learning opportunities. Employees are always encouraged to talk about their "next play" and have clear career plans and discussion with managers. Lack of career growth opportunities in our office.

Cons

The culture can feel a lil fake at times, some people might work well with it though. Now that times are tough, there's more micromanaging happen and frequent talks about PIPs. top management doesn't communicate well enough. CEO is nowhere to be seen or heard of in the past months. great leaders have left the org.
