Pros

Employee benefits are good. Pay is good if you negotiate well.

Cons

Tooling is headache. Most of feature development work is already done, and most of new work start in US office. Most of the time work is related to migration or bug fix in India teams. Promotion is difficult as you don’t have much work to show.
