Benefits and flexibility are great. Burnout is very real. Microaggressions from many folks in any type of leadership role. It's sad.
Cons
LI has a big asian culture. Other minorities, specifically black employees, often have an uphill battle we must fight if we want to be taken serious. There are a few token black people ofcourse, it's all one big coverup for the massive disfunction. I had to get out ASAP.
Focus on work life balance isn’t practiced in reality. There’s always something new to work on that can’t wait so you never get caught up. Culture is very transactional. There is high turnover.
Company operates in accordance to their strong values reinforced through leadership decision making process. LinkedIn’s culture is founded in mutual respect diversity and employees well being.
