Pros

A lot of great people left, perks are good.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. A lot of really great people were let go and somehow all of their work is still expected to be completed. They are grinding us into the ground. Burnout is very real here. Transparency from management had completely eroded away over the past years, not what it once was. The product is floundering. No exciting product features released in years.
