- Extremely high targets with the bar rising fast. Quota have dubbled in the last 2 years and BoB volumes are also growing due to declining capacity. - Investing less in office perks - From complete flexibility to 3x mandatory office days with morning attendance. - Management is out of touch with current market situations and customer satisfaction (especially SMB)
