Pros

Great brand, benefits for employees, share save

Cons

Toxic micromanagent by managers. No matter how great we are at work, you will always be doubted, criticized, be littled, spoken to as if you know nothing. No matter how much customers appreciate you for how much helpful we are, the managers still find faults in you, blame you & make you feel worthless. No matter whether you have great intentions to help company grow, follow everything as directed, the managers will find a reason to target you. Gone are those days where they trusted you, gave you the responsibility and watch us excel. Instead there's doubt, watching over our shoulders like a hawk that breaks our confidence. Though senior management & trainings talk about taking a pause, aware of burn out of employees, they give us training to how to handle with lame ideas like reach out to eap etc, but aren't willing to solve the problem. While we want to take a pause, even like a toilet /water we need to keep informing colleagues before we go. Forget about being late even 5 mins on arrival time, but leaving time can delay 30 mins to 45 mins, they don't pay extra or even compensate hours. Feel like a slave under dictating managers. Colleagues are paid least, but work most , managers are paid most & work less than us.
