Pros

Pension still good, but only a matter of time I fear before they are raided and removed like the rest of the perks we used to enjoy

Cons

Flexible working has been removed or reduced for most staff this year - ignore talk of a fantastic new policy launched after staff consultations, we were not consulted and it is a weak and pathetic attempt to put a positive spin on the removal of all our existing benefits, which were much more extensive.

Pros

Great colleagues Fantastic benefits Good holiday allowance

Cons

Used to be flexible with staff, compressed hours, home working. This has been ripped away in the worst way. Colleagues that have worked from home for years, well before Covid, now being told they have to come in twice a week, even if their colleagues work miles away and they’re just going to sit in an office on vid calls all day. It’s costing staff time and money with zero benefit. I can’t help but feel this employer cares about its staff less than it used to.
