Pros

Some great colleagues, package ok

Cons

Awful culture here right now. Senior Managers (I’m intentionally avoiding the word “leaders”), in particular CEO and HR Director are so far removed from the coal face they’re carving up the business and causing mayhem. All under the badge “transformation”. But McKinsey obviously didn’t teach the CEO how to manage people, hence why engagement has plummeted and his rating on here is below 50%.

Broken culture

Pros

Some of the people here are great

Cons

Sharon Doherty and Charlie Nunn seem to be falling over themselves to create a hostile culture. Pay is low, pressure is high, the beauracracy crippling and how I am supposed to deliver with zero budget is beyond me!

Pros

Good salary Some working benefits Pension contributions Development and training opportunities

Cons

Insisting on return to office but don't have enough space or parking, removed bus services to offices, no tangible benefits identified for this decision so seems pointless to most employees but criticism goes unheard. Decision goes against the sustainable goals of company. Removed right to compressed hours, taking equitable opportunities away from people with children and disabilities. Direct line management have been great, but SLT are out of touch. Internal comms is filled with buzzwords and spiel, but are not honest with staff for many important decisions affecting most employees.
